Chocolate Chip Cookies
The best chocolate chip cookies you can make. Simple and delicious.
Mix the following ingredients in order to make 36 cookies:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup butter flavored Criscoe
- 1/2 cup butter – melted
- 2-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1-1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1-1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cup + 6 Tablespoon flour
- 2-3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Refrigerate dough for 1 hour to overnight before baking.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Place 1 inch balls of dough on ungreased baking sheeting and bake until lightly browned, usually about 12-14 minutes. Remember the second batch will be slightly quicker on a warm baking sheet.
Let the cookies cool enough to move onto a paper towl on a flat surface and let cool enough to not burn your mouth and enjoy warm!
Leftover cookie dough can be placed in airtight container/bag and refrigerated for 3 days before cooking.
